What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and do not store your credit card information. We currently do not accept PayPal.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We encourage you to confirm all order details before submitting any order. You may modify/cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at email@example.com. Once, your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
I’m not sure about fit. What size should I order?
Because our designs come on a variety of tee styles, we’ve done the work for you! Click the ‘Size Chart’ link on your desired tee for size details.
What brand do you use for your shirts?
Products designed by Shop Simone Cheri are printed on Next Level and Bella + Canvas brand t-shirts unless specifically stated. If you have any questions, or unsure about fit, please refer to the size chart on the product you can’t live without or simply shoot us an email.
To preserve the quality of your tees, we recommend the following care instructions:
Washing: Inside out using cold water with similar colors on a gentle cycle.
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Ironing: Iron inside-out on the lowest setting only if necessary. Do NOT iron directly on the printed area.
Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt or keep reading below.
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
Orders with standard shipping are processed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Unless otherwise stated (or in the case of a pre-sale period), most orders are received within 10 days of placing the order.
During the holidays, please note orders may take up to 10 days to ship due to high demand. We appreciate your patience during our busy season!
Can I track my package?
Absolutely. We want to make sure you’re in-the-know the whole way. Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking confirmation at the email used to place your order.

I have an upcoming special occasion. Can I submit a custom design order?
Of course. Birthdays. Bachelor/bachelorette parties. Girlfriends’ getaway. You name it, we’ve got you.
The only requirement is a 12 shirt minimum. Costs per shirt may increase if the order is less than 12.
